Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept drinkware that has been opened, used, or washed.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review our complete Return Policy for additional eligibility requirements and instructions.

Because each item is individually printed and finished, minor variations or small imperfections may occur. These natural differences make each piece unique and do not affect its quality or function.

Coffee Mugs: Our ceramic coffee mugs are dishwasher safe. For the longest-lasting print quality, place the mug on the top rack of the dishwasher, use a mild detergent, avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, and use warm, soapy water with the soft side of a sponge if hand-washing.

Stainless Steel Tumblers: To protect the printed design, insulation, lid, and exterior finish, hand-wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not place in the dishwasher, do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads, do not soak for extended periods, dry thoroughly after washing, and do not microwave.
