Shipping

Once you've received a Return Authorization from us, you should mail your product to the address listed in the Return Authorization. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

It is mandatory that you email us a valid working tracking number, so we can verify the item(s) have been shipped and received to the correct return address. We are not responsible for any lost or misaddressed return packages. 

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. We usually ship within 1-3 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Switzer Kreations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Shipping

Shipping times will vary, we cannot guarantee any specific shipping or arrivals times for international orders. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been shipped.
