RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@switzerkreations.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions, including a Return Authorization number.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Drinkware
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

SUBLIMATION GOODS RETURN POLICY

At Switzer Kreations, we strive to provide a flexible return policy for our valued customers. All equipment and printer sales are final.

If you purchased a product and later decide it doesn’t meet your needs, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, with limited exceptions. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible sublimation returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@switzerkreations.com to discuss your options:

1. Obtain Authorization – Please contact us to request a return authorization number before sending back any items.

2. Ship the Product – Return the item with a valid tracking number and consider adding insurance, as you are responsible for any lost packages or damage incurred during shipping.

3. Inspection & Credit – Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a credit minus a 20% restocking fee. This process may take up to 10 business days. Credit will only be issued for items returned in resalable condition (unopened and unused).

4. Tracking Requirement – A valid tracking number is mandatory for all sublimation returns. Refunds will not be issued without proof of tracking.

Final Sale Items:

The following products are non-returnable and all sales are final:

  • Items marked as Special Order, Overstock/Clearance, or Manufacturer Stock Only (not regularly stocked)
  • Opened ink or maintenance cartridges and bottles
  • Equipment, including but not limited to: equipment parts, vinyl cutters, heat presses, and printers
  • Software

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as these items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@switzerkreations.com

 

EXCHANGE

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We don't offer a one step exchange. We process this as a refund and a subsequent new order, assuming the desired item is available. Please follow the RETURN process above and place a re-order. Email us at switzerkreations@gmail.com to start the process. We want to make sure that shipping fees are handled.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Items marked as Final Sale unfortunately cannot be refunded.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING

Once you've received a Return Authorization from us, you should mail your product to the address listed in the Return Authorization. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

It is mandatory that you email us a valid working tracking number, so we can verify the item(s) have been shipped and received to the correct return address. We are not responsible for any lost or misaddressed return packages.
