Handmade works can result in naturally occurring marks, minor imperfections, and variations that give each piece its own unique character. To increase the longevity of this functional piece, please hand wash with warm soapy water after use, and avoid scrubbing with abrasive surfaces.
Coffee Mugs: When washing please put on the top rack in dishwasher with light detergent to preserve the graphic. If you hand-wash please use the soft side of the sponge.
Tumblers: Please hand wash tumblers with a soft sponge to preserve the graphic, tumblers are made of stainless steel so they will get too hot if you put in the dishwasher.

I'm always weary of ordering mugs because you never know if it'll be safe in shipping or not, the mug came in just fine because of the awesome packaging they did. It was wrapped a few times with bubble wrap and packing peanuts on top of that. Other mugs I've gotten from different places just came in a box. Now we just have to see how well it hold up over time. The logos are very well done and centered where they should be. Will Def order more in the future.

The quality of this cup is amazing!!! The design is clear and not pixelated at all. It already went through a bunch of dishwasher cycle and it hasn’t faded either. The shop owners were super friendly and helpful. Since we live in the same place they hand delivered this item so we didn’t have to wait for mail! Definitely would buy from this shop again !
