HOW TO PERSONALIZE and PLACE YOUR ORDER

~ Please Choose the SIZE of the Mug (Available in 11oz and 15oz)

~ Please enter the TEXT you would like on the Mug. You need to add the item to your cart first then go to your cart before checkout. You will see a Personalized Message box where you can leave the text you would like on your mug.  ( If you do not want to include Text please write " N/A ". ) ( All the text will be Copied and Pasted to your Design including quotation marks, please remove them if you do not want them to be included in the design )

~ Please send your Image or Logo to switzerkreations@gmail.com with your order number if you would like to include this in your customization

~ Your customization will be used on both sides of the coffee mug

~ Please add the item to your cart and Proceed to Checkout.

~ Please send your image right away with your order ( unless you do not want an image ) or your coffee mug will be shipped without an image.

~ We place the text so that it will use the most of the mug's space.

~ High amount of text will shrink the size of the text.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. All orders are shipped from Canoga Park, California.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s estimated delivery time.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept drinkware that has been opened, used, or washed.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Care Instructions

Because each item is individually printed and finished, minor variations or small imperfections may occur. These natural differences make each piece unique and do not affect its quality or function.

Coffee Mugs

Our ceramic coffee mugs are dishwasher safe. For the longest-lasting print quality:

  • Place the mug on the top rack of the dishwasher.
  • Use a mild detergent.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
  • When hand-washing, use warm, soapy water and the soft side of a sponge.

Stainless Steel Tumblers

To protect the printed design, insulation, lid, and exterior finish:

  • Hand-wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
  • Do not soak for extended periods.
  • Dry thoroughly after washing.
  • Do not microwave.
